Windows 10 Upgrade For The Linux User

With Windows 10 hitting the streets the hype is real.  Many people who use Linux are still dual booting with some version of Windows 7 or Windows 8 and with the upgrade to Windows 10 being free why would you not do it.

I myself was a bit hesitant to upgrade fearing that Windows would completely eat my hard drives if I didn't physically unplug them.  It's not like Microsoft hasn't been known for such evil acts in the past.  But via this webpage it looks like Windows 10 is confirmed working in dual boot setup and the upgrade works alongside Linux.  I would still be very careful and attentive to what's going on as different people will have different setups and your outcome could vary.

The article isn't very detailed or in depth but simply shows that it does work.  Happy upgrading.
